What We Do
In addition to purchasing opportunities outright, Denman House Estates works alongside landowners to secure residential or mixed-use consents from local planning authorities as swiftly as possible and then maximise the value of these improved assets through a bespoke sales programme.
The team has extensive experience in both the commercial and residential sectors. The directors have been involved in projects across a wide range of land uses, from both greenfield and brownfield land, tennis clubs, petrol stations, pubs, garages, offices, factories and even a chicken farm!
Our objective is to obtain planning consent for development, at minimal risk and within a short timescale – we think in months, not years!
We can use our expertise to help landowners focus on their own businesses whilst we do what we know best, namely to proactively promote sites, secure viable planning permissions and then share in the significant uplift in value through the resulting disposal.
