DHE Investments targets non-institutional, high-risk freehold properties located throughout London and the South East of England…. ideally priced between £1m-£5m.

There is no strict formula but suitable opportunities will often be complicated or quirky and need extensive active asset management input.

DHE Investments has a particular requirement for:-

Office buildings – either vacant or on short-term leases of 5 years or less.
Industrial estates of 30,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft, requiring refurbishment or with redevelopment potential on sites of between 1 to 3 acres.

In addition, we are also prepared to purchase buildings or sites which may have the following issues:

Planning Refusals
Contamination
Legal Problems
Technical Issues
