DHE Developments is able to consider either acquiring properties with redevelopment potential and/or work alongside landowners, in particular owner occupiers who do not have the time or expertise to secure and maximise a planning consent.

We use our skills, allowing the landowner to focus on their own business while we do what we know best – namely to proactively promote sites, secure viable planning permissions and then share in the significant uplift in value through the resulting disposal programme.
